With many important specialty pharmaceutical and medical technology products in its portfolio, including Botox®, Allergan was experiencing tremendous growth. To successfully expand its ranks and sustain the momentum, the company needed to attract the highest quality job candidates. Facing fierce competition for talent, Allergan wanted to generate excitement around the benefits and opportunities of working in its dynamic culture.

Part of a larger brand development program that began with a holistic strategy and asset development phase, the recruiting campaign reworked Allergan’s metaphoric photography style into eye-catching visuals that spoke to the company’s forward momentum. The animated look and feel was combined with an anchor line that leveraged the corporate tagline, “Our pursuit. Life’s potential.” Campaign elements included brand identity design, advertising, motion graphics, social media, trade show, digital and print collateral.
